After the form has been competed, we will reach out by email to confirm your address and receive identification.
Step 2: Gather your gold and silver
Collect all of your precious metal items that you wish to sell. Optional: Sort into groups of purity (10k,14k,18k,21k,22k, .925)
Step 3: Pack and ship your items with your free pre-paid label
We want to provide you with a personalized experience that will work best for you. If you already have packing materials, we will send you a prepaid label over email. If you will require packing materials, and a physical label, we will mail them to you with physical instructions.
Step 4: We will evaluate your precious metals
When your precious metals arrive, we will open, sort, and evaluate them on video the same day. We can even schedule a video call with you, so you can be with us virtually throughout the entire evaluation process.
Step 5: Get paid!
We will send you a detailed quote over email. If you wish to move forward, we will pay you within 1 business day by e-transfer or we will mail you a cheque. If you are not happy with the quote, we will mail you back your items free of charge.
